Gardena may be characterized as a hub for Asian cuisine, but the City is home to a variety of diverse restaurants that offer unique cultural experiences. The Pan, an American breakfast institution, was founded in Gardena during the Spring of 2012. After opening their doors to our community, The Pan’s remarkable dishes became instantly popular across Los Angeles. The owners, Mercedes Raffulls and Jasmine Lymon, have successfully expanded their business and now have five throughout Southern California.
From their authentic creations like the “original” loaded hash browns, or “best ever” banana pancakes, to their deep dish pan pizzas and sandwiches, their comfort food never disappoints. The Pan is always there for us, and it holds a special place in our heart.
